The OffWorld Navy shall seize and occupy unregistered planetary bodies for the good of the colony and its economical needs.



The Celestial Object Seizure Act

The Navy is authorized to take any Celestial Object not listed in the Earth or OffWorld Registry of real property. Such objects, regardless of size, when surveyed and registered by any OffWorld Navy spaceship become the property of the OffWorld Corporations and will be administered by the Navy until such time as the corporations reassign stewardship to another corporate entity for exploitation.
