Navy Yard Over Populated with Prize Ships

The Navy, having increased it’s vigilance over the past year, has acquired numerous ships used in illegal trade. These prize ships are currently held in the Navy Yard and many are awaiting refit for use as naval support and supply ships.

There is a lack of qualified command crew personnel due to the expansion of other Off World endeavors. Anyone seeking to become a ship captain with the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the Off World Navy needs must apply. The ships are open to inspection but require a back pack flight kit for access. Theft is not an option as the Navy Yard is under guarded patrol.

Off World Naval Headquarters is initiating a teleport system to each ship but it is currently in the planning stage pending funding.
